Questions about payment and access.
What happens when my monthly access ends?
You get a 24-hour grace period during which everything keeps working and the site tells you access is expiring. After that, lessons, quizzes and exams lock, but you can still sign in, and your progress, history and certificates stay exactly as they were, permanently. Buying access again restores everything at once. Lifetime access does not expire, so none of this applies to it.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. Through Payzone Cash you receive a token and pay at an affiliated location. The token stays valid for 72 hours, and you can generate a new one if it expires. An unpaid cash reservation can also be switched to a card payment.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Buying lifetime access while a monthly period is still running does not waste what you paid: your current period is honoured, and lifetime access continues from there.
Do I keep my certificates if I stop paying?
Always. A certificate you earned is yours permanently and stays verifiable, whether or not your access is currently active.
